Windows Operating System Versions 95 and above. Earlier versions
of Microsoft Windows are not compatible with Pacific Poker's
software.
Pacific Poker is now pleased to make our exciting Poker Room
gaming software available to our Members running Mac Operating
Systems.

How Long Does the Download
Process Take?
The average download time is 7-10 minutes, using a standard
56KBS Modem. The actual file size is about 3MB. Our engineers
have utilized sophisticated algorithms, making the Pacific Poker
program the smallest downloadable Poker software on the Internet,
without compromising on amazing 3D graphics and cutting edge
features.

What are the System Requirements
for My PC?
PC System Requirements:
Presently, Pacific Poker’s software performs with Microsoft
Windows Operating Systems Version 95 and above. Pacific Poker
does not support Windows 3.XX or Web TV. For optimal results,
set your monitor to 600 X 800 pixels and high color (16 bit)
or more.

Why Can’t I Connect to Pacific
Poker?

In some cases, you will not be able to connect to Pacific
Poker if your computer is using a Firewall or Proxy Server.
Consult your Network Administrator, NSP (Network Service
Provider) or ISP (Internet Service Provider) support service
or use another connection.

If a connection error has occurred, please try again in
a few minutes. If the problem persists, please use the "Contact
Us" link to notify us.

You might have been temporarily disconnected from the server,
which may be due to Internet connection problems.

Why Can’t I Find the "Pacific
Poker" Icon on My Desktop?
If the "Pacific Poker" icon is not on your desktop and you
can't remember where you saved it, please follow these steps:
- Press on the "Start" menu at the bottom left corner of your
screen.
- Choose "Search" and then "For Files or Folders".
- Where it asks for the file "Name", enter "PacificPoker.exe"
(without the quotation marks) and then press "Find Now".
- The computer will now search for the file.
- If you receive a file named "PacificPoker.exe" under
the "Name" or "Search Results" section, in the white window,
it means the file was found. Double click on it.
- If the computer has finished the search and there is no
such file in the window, it means that the file was not found.
In this case (if you do not have a hard drive other than [C:]),
you will have to repeat the download process.

Why is My Monitor Fuzzy and
the Color Unclear?
In order to set your monitor (PC screen) to the required setting,
follow these easy steps:
- Place the mouse cursor anywhere on the Desktop (but not
on an icon).
- Press the right mouse button.
- Go to "Properties".
- Go to "Settings".
- In "Desktop Area" move the arrow until you see "600 X 800
pixels".
- Under "Colors" choose "High Color (16 bit)" or more.
- Press "OK" or "Apply".
- Press "OK" to accept the new settings.
- Re-connect to the Internet and Pacific Poker. You should
be able to view our program correctly.
Don't worry, these settings will not harm any applications
on your computer. If you wish to return to your original settings
when you are finished playing, simply repeat the instructions
again and choose your preferred monitor resolution.

How to Uninstall Our Pacific
Poker Software
For the convenience of our Members, Pacific Poker
has made the process of uninstalling our Poker software quick
and easy to do. To uninstall our Poker software, from your PC,
please follow the steps below:
- Click on "Start", on the lower left corner of your Windows
Taskbar;
- Go to "Programs";
- A menu will open; go to "Pacific Poker";
- A menu will open; click on "Uninstall Pacific Poker";
- You will see the Select Uninstall Method pop-up window.
Click on the "Automatic" option box;
- Click on "Next", on the bottom of the pop-up window;
- Click on "Finish", on the bottom of the pop-up window;
- The Pacific Poker software will automatically uninstall
from your PC (this process may take a few moments).
